Both post mortems agree that death was a homicide. The police knew what they were doing could cause death, and they continued even past the time that they couldn't find a pulse. How could they continue kneeling on him 2 minutes after he didn't have a pulse, when he was handcuffed? If you watch the video, you hear him pleading, saying he can't breathe. His voice gets weaker, and weaker, until he is no longer capable of speaking. There is no way this cop is getting off without jail time. What he did was criminal.
