Best of Luck to you. We are doing the same. Our house will be going up in about 2 weeks. We still have a few more things to freshen up before we call in the agent. We too have taking a hard look at everything in our home to get rid of, donate, sell, etc. We already have our home in The Villages so we have a good idea as to what we are taking. One thing a friend of my said, don't keep that northern way of thinking (more winter months). Think light and airy (more summer months). Also, she told me don't give away all your platters. Take one or two with you because you will entertain and use them. Wishing all of us that have our homes on the market or getting ready to list them Good Luck and Good Selling!
