There is an entrance into the Beaumont development at the traffic light for Pinellas Place and 466A. When this entrance is opened, a
street legal cart on Pinellas Place can legally cross 466A, go into Beaumont and follow a street that connects to Trailwinds Village behind Lowe's.
My prediction: Many non-street legal carts will cross 466A at the light and the Wildwood police will be writing citations every day.
