My intent is to not label it as good or bad...only to point out that this President now begins to bear the responsibilities of the office of POTUS whether he caused it or not...it happens on his watch....it's his....just like what he inherited (not to wear out an over used term).

I suppose one conclusion is thus far Wall Street isn't impressed with the business as usual throw billions and now trillions at everything.....with no details/accountability.

Time begins to tell, eh?
