There is/was two sides to that coin. Gary Morse's vow of stopping at RT44 was made not to new Fenny owners but to existing people living in TV. Growth was happening so fast we existing homeowners experienced first hand more and more difficulty getting Tee times. TV's build policy before Fenny was build golf courses first then the neighborhoods. The amenity fees didn't decrease with less available tee times. By not building championship courses south of RT44 taxed the courses north of there. It was not a we / they thing. Both sides did not benefit from this excessive delay of building these courses.
