This is a huge life event for us. Not only are we building a house but we also decided to retire. I've sold my business and my wife has given her two week notice. We have sold our house and we're moving about as far as we possibly can while still remaining in the continental U.S. So when taken in context the bond wasn't a big deal to us.

Back the bus up here. Are you disclosing you joined TOTV in 2016 and have 6385 posts and don't have a house here. Something doesn't add up - were you renting for 5 plus years ? How much feet on the ground time have you logged here ?
