No this is not the reason. There is no vaccine that is 100% effective. The Covid vaccines in various research shows an approximate rate of 90% effective. That means out of 100 people about 10 are not going to be protected by the vaccine. What makes a vaccine protect all people is when everyone is vaccinated even if you are in the 10 that the vaccine does not work for no one around you will have the illness and therefore you don't get it. Even though today everyone for the most part gets vaccinated for the measles. But you will hear from time to time of outbreaks of measles caused by there being some who don't get the vaccine and spread it to some for whom the vaccine is not effective. Everyone vaccinated or not needs to continue to wear a mask!!! Wash hands!!! until the virus is under control.
