We find that the "younger "group seems to gravitate towards LSL..As far as the all electric, I don't agree. We bought in Ameila one year ago and were SO happy that we have natural gas, it helped make the decision for us. We have a designer that has natural gas water heater,stove etc....The neighbors on our street all have it also..Not just designers but ranchers also..( Entire street is only 12-18 months old..). We ( just a matter of opinion) like the southernmost ( newer ) section due to the wider golf cart paths and the probability ( if they ever build it
) of being in the middle of the 3 squares..Either way, you will love it ..Remember, everything here is pretty darn good and it is all a matter of opinion...
