If they can't come in by cart they will either drive their cars (which take up more parking spaces than carts) or not come (and not spend money here). I'd rather they came and spent money myself, but that's just me. [shrug]

Bring them on, in their cars. Keep the golf carts in the Villages to Villagers. The MMP's are crowded enough without outsiders, who pay for the paths. If they really want to drive their golf carts on the MMP's in the Villages, then buy a house in the Villages.
