I also have Massey but method two. I don't know which method is better. Always pluses and minuses. A point of interest - I have Massey for insect control also. They use the barrier technique for the bug control. They told if I have the house pressure washed to call them and they will reapply the barrier / no charge. I wonder if this same logic would apply to barrier termite control (method 1).
