I am sorry if this is already a known fact....just wondering who it is that sets up the survey...

The Villages or the CDD? I also was wondering if all residents can submit a survey or just one per household? Are full time renters allowed to take it or just the actual home owner? Just a few questions.

PS...is the 2 pet limit rule in the covenant that are signed? A friend has three dogs and is concerned that she can not have them all when and if they choose to move here.
