Devoted member of the city nobility, shrewd defender of her family. Always has a kind word for everyone, especially to adversaries, mostly to put them off guard. All of that is the "inspired" part. The rest (her description, various personality quirks, ticks, habits) will be more game-specific since this is a post-apocalyptic fantasy world setting and not real life.
