I personally don't care how many pets someone has....the neighbors may have something to say....BUT my concern for my friend is all the people that are very strict about the covenants everyone signed.
I guess if most are a little forgiving about the pet rule....then people are free to break other ones....whether one signed a covenant or not. Some rules can't be ignored and then others enforced....
For instance....yard decorations....grandkids....the guest passes....all sorts of stuff.
I am only playing devils advocate and would worry that some would get a little strict about breaking the covenant that was signed. I wouldn't want to leave behind one of my pets either....
The last the time covenants were discussed it seemed that some thought you should sell your home or not buy in TV's if you could not/would not abide by ALL the rules.
Does this part of the covenant not mean as much as others? Just wondering....
