Yes, turn north at that intersection (toward St. Vince's) and it's CR462. Turn south and it's CR139.

Re the property, I'm sure someone has more current facts, but TV owned almost everything up to 139 down to 44A. There were/are a few parcels of land owned by others, but they were minimal There are some homes along there. Also, if I remember correctly, TV donated the land for the library as well as for additional county offices to be located there.
