forget the newspapers....get out in the sunshine, it's good for a person.
Do whatever gives you enjoyment. Know for sure as the saying goes....this to shall pass.....and it does, history continues to remind us of that.

The biggest enemy of piece of mind is the 24/7 media coverage of only what is bad in the world....and their ability to get and pass it along at a faster rate than ever....however it is no more valid than yesteryear.

Probably worse than yesteryear though is the media's intense alignment with the current administration....how the report...insulate...anything that is against their agendas.

Fo example, last week Brian Williams/NBC...the absolute king of negative driven rhetoric, the sky is falling reporter on the planet...made a statement that said something to the effect that in these trying times Obama's approval rating has managed to be at 60%.....as opposed to the real fact his rating has slipped from 65%.....I don't really care that %5 is no big deal...it is just the misinformation method of reporting a supporting an illusion....THEIRS!!!!
