Capacity
Many states are still limiting at 25% capacity for indoor dining, knowing it’s difficult to be fully staffed in a pandemic. I believe that’s the CDC guidelines if your ratios of those contracting the virus, are at a certain level in the state. It’s not realistic to expect full staffing in a pandemic.
