Fact that restaurant ran out of some products appears to be a mistake made by the person who orders the food and not lack of staff. In these times food ordering is probably much more difficult as businesses are re opening and hopefully our lives will return back to "normal".
Someone needs to check out how many people in the general area who are not retired and will work in the restaurant and/or service industries. Birth rates over the years have been declining and I do believe that there are not enough young people available in this area to do this type of work.
