Someone needs to check out how many people in the general area who are not retired and will work in the restaurant and/or service industries. Birth rates over the years have been declining and I do believe that there are not enough young people available in this area to do this type of work.

Wait a few years and automation and A.I. will solve that problem. In a few years, the problem will be an overabundance of young workers, not a scarcity!
