Equal rights for singles ....
Not a resident yet, but I still have an opinion I'd like to put on the survey, if only I could.
I am a single person and will be living alone. Since my monthly amenities fees will cost the same as all of my neighbors, most of whom are couples, I want to receive the same amount in benefits. (Meaning, I want two resident passes.) Therefore, I suggest/request that I be given a second residents pass, which I can then give to my "special friend" for when he visits me....whether he is local or from far away. My second/named resident pass should not be limited to only 30 days per year. I think this is only fair, since I pay as much for my amenities as a family of two pays for theirs.
Alternatively, if the Developer wants to give my household only one resident pass, then only charge me one-half of the amenities fees charged to a two-person household.
