One way to reduce your auto insurance in Florida is to drop the uninsured motorist coverage. It is mandatory in many states, but optional in Florida. In my opinion, it is redundant with heath insurance and not worth paying for it. Some people incorrectly think it provides liability coverage. It doesn't.
