I think President Obama is in an exceedingly difficult situation -- one not of his making -- and I'm hoping he can find a solution to at least some of the crises America is facing today. I don't think every decision nor action he has made nor will make are to my liking. However, I think he is trying and is being as honest as he can (he is, after all, a politician).

So, I've found no reason to post. Those who like Obama will probably continue to keep quiet and give him the chance we feel he deserves. Those who feared him previously will continue to find the facts to prove their fears were justified. Not much can be said either way to appease either side. It was that way pre-election, it is that way post.

Pretty well stated Red. There is no give and take on this board with regard to the President. There will never be recognition of what he does right by the faithful few on here that diligently hammer him daily. There doesnt appear to be a true exchange of ideas, a willingness to attempt to be objective by them. That certainly does not categorize everyone on this board by any means, but my humble opinion is that a lot of people don't feel it's worth the effort because the responses are so predictible, and with no true objective assessment (he can't be wrong about everything anymore than previous presidents were) and objective exchange of information, what really is the point?
I could be wrong though.
