Hey! I was being honest, too.

Oh well, that's what always happens to me when I enter this forum. I must be the sound of one hand clapping. And there have been times when I think I have been sent out into the hall for contributing incorrectly, not according to certain thought processes. (I just never could think inside the box.) So I have learned not to bother.

I think in shades of gray and that just does not work too well around here in political. Always moderate Republican woman me. Sold out by my party in this last go round. And they still don't get it. Or they do not care that I refuse to be spoken for by a buffoon with ratings. Why aren't they paying attention? Did anybody see the tent city in Sacramento with construction workers and car salespeople living in it? That one paycheck away thing has come home to roost and it has only just begun. This thing grows arms and legs and heads by the minute. And they still want to play politics. They want to delight in things not going well. They wish ill will -- to our country. Politics as usual. Fiddling while we burn.

Oh well, it is just as well that I do not fit in here. I will go back to books and libraries and soup recipes and econ and the market and real estate and health insurance and airplanes and Barbie and puns and maybe decorating and all that other stuff I find around here to talk about when I pass by this computer. Anywhere but here. Anywhere but here in political. What's the point?
