Either way it’s a big pool, ours is 12X24. If it was me, I would go with 15X30 and make it 3.5 to 6 feet deep. Whatever you do, keep it rectangular. Those kidney shaped pools loose a lot of usable square footage and are much harder to cover and uncover. Good Luck : )
