Demand equality? Demand? How absolutely white of some folks to believe that. Major guilt complexes or whatever.
You don't demand equality you go out and earn equality. That gives you respect.
Ask every Irish, German, Italian, Dutch, French, Asian, Hispanic, etc family. You earn it rather than believing it's owed to you.
Affirmative Action should be color blind and based upon economic status alone. Who are you discriminating against now? Some freckle faced girl from Appalachia?
