Well, civil liberties again.

Seems to be common. What about Vaccinations required for children to go school? One example. Your RIGHTS, as Justice Scalia said, and I paraphrase, are limited, there is no such thing as an unlimited right. Rights are given by the government, and can be regulated by the government.
