Somebody (not a kid or extremely old person) in a regular golf cart turned off Canal St and started heading west on 466A!!! People yelling, honking horns, etc had no impact---he just kept tooling along oblivious to where he was or how much danger he was in (not to mention the fines). I just hope he and his female companion are still alive
