It sounds like when you are old enough to be eligible for Medicare that you are going to opt out and go the non-gov't route (everyone's perfect right assuming they have the reources). There are physicians now who have likewise opted out of ALL ins plans, including all gov't plans... it's called botique medicine. CASH ONLY.
