It has nothing to do with Amazon and everything to do with your postal carrier. The key for the postal box was put in the wrong mail box or the carrier did not deliver it even though she scanned the parcel as delivered. Some carriers have been hoarding the parcels in the mailroom waiting to see if you ask for them. This has been verified by our previous carrier who has gone into the mailrooms on Sundays to put medications into boxes and found parcels piled up in the corners. If this happens to you it really does not do any good to contact the carriers supervisor, you need to contact the Postal Inspectors Office and the OIG.
