Thanks for posting this. The originator posted/quoted, "Space debris trackers observed it moving slowly and unpredictably..."
1) It's not moving slowly... just below orbital speed 7 kilometers per hour (4.35 mph)
2) It's not moving unpredictably... the orbit is defined. The re-entry location is what is unpredictable.
