We've never used this software! I decided to call their number and it was an auto transfer to advise me that all operators were busy and put me on hold for 10 minutes and then got a recorded "Good-bye". Crap like this is so annoying!!!
That “833” area code may be one of those numbers that bill your phone $10.00 or $20.00 per minute. Check your phone company to see if that’s the case. Good luck and in the future, just delete or trash anything you know is fake. They can’t do anything if you don’t respond.
