That's fine. No one is forcing you to go on a cruise. You can stay home and enjoy yourself in the comfort of familiar terrain, sans mask, sans vaccine. That is 100% allowable, no one is taking that away from you.

HOWEVER - if you want to go to "this" store, or visit "that" doctor, or go on "that" cruise, you have to respect THEIR rules. And if their rules say wear a mask, you have to wear a mask at THEIR establishment.
