Maybe (?) the poster meant to convey he/she wished to give them feedback to help THEM. I know, I know, most just want to complain, but on the "other side of the coin", so many businesses could really benefit by not taking every concern, suggestion, and even complaint as "just one more of those old coots in the Villages griping their heads off", many large and small businesses would benefit greatly by being more open to why people no longer want to do business with them, instead of just instantly getting very defensive. Same goes with lawn maintenance people, why instantly get so defensive and nasty (and many DO) if someone offers feedback. That goes from small businesses like around here to giant companies like Comcast, it's almost the standard any more that owners to CEO's really do want to be "kept in the dark" about the actual performance of their company/employees/services ! ? Go figure, gathering feedback is a very important part of running a successful business !
