Went to Evans Prairie CC and were very disappointed with the meal. Wife ordered prime rib and I ordered the filet mignon. Both were over cooked, dry and tough to chew. Supposed to be mushroom sauce on my filet, I got two slices from a mushroom and about a table spoon of sauce. We didn't finish our meal.
The server was very pleasant and friendly but due to a shortage of servers it took a bit longer than it should have to receive our meal. I guessed that the shortage of employees extended to the kitchen as shown by the quality of the food. We enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere of the restaurant, no loud obnoxious laughing or talking. A quiet, relaxed dining experience and would have been even better had the food been properly prepared.
No I didn't ask for the manager and I doubt that it would have effected any change because when you don't have enough employees quality of service suffers.
