Exactly I lived through the debacle in Houston recently and luckily our apartment is literally across the street from a hospital and a fire station and guess what no loss of power or water throughout the situation for us but millions were without both for weeks and still repairing at gouged prices because shortage of materials and labor to make the repairs needed.

Why don’t we put the blame squarely where it belongs with the pipeline company who has not heeded any of the warning to protect there system from something like this . We have seen these things before from power companies out west that don’t take the proper measures to protect massive fires , In Huston again a failure of computers causing so much hardship recently, and why does this happen it’s because all these companies can pass there mistakes on to the consumers that are suffering there mistakes
