Tank - somewhat my experience but as was mentioned earlier - looked at a CYV with golf view and then went home. Notified three times (via e-mail) that the price was down, down, down. 35K less than first asked.
So maybe you can't offer lower but if you're willing to walk away you may get a call next week.
