Normal is relative and different for everyone. While some people are eager to go back to in-person events, others are not. We are all still trying to make our way. We are eager to get back to in-person events but until we can find locations that will accommodate us we, unfortunately, are still having webinars via ZOOM.
As for the funding issues you raise, what you were able to find on our website explains how we are able to volunteer our services to the community.
