One of the things that I didn't want to happen and I had mentally tried to prepare myself for....just hasn't occured.

I have played golf for 36 years, and at one time, I played ....not great but decently,(not anymore) but I have always played quickly, mentally choosing my next club and had it drawn when it was my turn. I tried to watch other peoples ball so that we could all keep the pace, didn't play honors, but ready golf etc. etc.

I was expecting that it would be very slow here with a lot of new golfers and I have NEVER found it to be. I have had my putting line walked on a time or two but never had anyone talking during anyone's setup or swing. The pace is great and new beginning golfers are just as enjoyable as the other 99% who can beat me any day of the week.

Golf is a little different here, but just as much, or even MORE fun!!
