Agree, as long as a car entering the RB yields to cars in
BOTH lanes, as they are required to by law. Otherwise you end up with the scenario 2 posts above, where a vehicle going straight after entering the outer lane crosses in front of a vehicle that is in the inner lane that is going straight from his entrance 90 degrees earlier
