(I am not besmirching TV, just reporting a little TV story, but I can guarantee that umbrage would be taken if word gets out. So please don’t tell.)

OK, here is what I wrote — and then deleted:

First, I did a little lead in when I answered Stu’s post where he asked if his friend who wanted to start such a business in TV would need ARC approval for a sign.

To that I answered that a red light in the window was the traditional way to advertise.

Then, I said that I am pretty sure that I observed a situation involving the world’s oldest profession in one of the squares — and I do not mean the Farmers’ Market. . .

A while back, in Brownwood, I saw two booty-shorts-wearing, bad bleach-job, young entrepreneurs — one on each arm of some foolish looking ol’ guy. The two were whispering in his ear and laughing.

They were headed to the parking lot. . .

Well. . .maybe they were just going to help him find his car. . .or his wallet. . .

. . .or maybe it was a BOGO. . .

I will never really know. . .but I sure know what it looked like.

Observant Boomer
Probably his granddaughters...

Er... On second thought, maybe not...
