I do studies at times where I do not do any editing. It is to challenge myself, to see how close I can come to creating a photo out of the camera that matches my vision for the photo.
I would be interesting to hear what they feel about in-camera sharpening, in-camera vibrant, in-camera B&W. All of which are Post Processing, it is just done by the camera's computer instead of my desktop.
With film, you had to post-process, it was called developing. And ask them if they ever heard of Ansel Adams. His legend is his ability to post-process B&W as no one had before.
Anyway, whatever floats their boar.
