Default World Equestrian Center Ocala
If you want to see the largest Equestrian Center in the USA take a short trip to the 378 acre World Equestrian Center in Ocala. It boasts 6 restaurants from an ice cream shop to "Stirrups" fine upscale dining in the 250+ room Equestrian Hotel. It's open and there is free entertainment at the "Yellow Pony" restraurant in the hotel and at the Veranda. "Ralphs" burger restaurant is casual with outdoor seating. I had one of the best burgers I have ever had topped off with an Oreo Milkshake. Helpfully walking the facility and stopping in the retail shops helped to exit some lunch calories.
