Toyota dealers notoriously use underhanded pressure tactics to get you to buy. Keeping your license to get a “copy” and/or your keys while they check out your trade then “can’t find them” while they sweat you out. Make your own copy of your license and go with them to check out your trade keeping your keys in your hand.
