There is a group called the Day-Break Club, where caregivers can get a few hours of time away while volunteers entertain and keep company with the people who need care. It meets once a week at Odell Rec center, Tuesdays from 1-4. You have to sign up for it and I believe there's a waiting list. You can check their website,
