All businesses are suffering due to a lack of workers. Seems they prefer to sit home on their lazy butts and collect their unemployment checks. Especially the extra perks and monies that were added to those checks since covid. Well, the governor has recently tightened up the requirements to be eligible. He is stopping the increased amount of money and mandating they show proof of having applied or interviewed with 5 businesses a week. If they dont show for an interview or refuse a job they did apply for, the benefits are cut off.
Even some restaurants are closing due to lack of workers so with the new rules........these people will finally see how it feels to work to support themselves and family and not expect everyone elses taxes to support them.
