My garage door self destruct the other day. I called DGD and they sent a guy over a couple of days later as my car was outside and it wasn't an emergency. The repairman, Raymond was very professional, polite and just an all around nice guy. He went over my options, not pushy at all. I went for the heavy duty upgrade that comes with a 30 year warranty.
