ALL those options can fail. Tubal ligations are not considered reversible. How about all you males just get vasectomies when you hit puberty, and get them reversed when you can prove you're able, ready, and willing to be responsible for the life YOU create in someone else's womb.
If you're not willing to do that, then you really have no business telling women what they should or should not do with their own bodies.
