All attendance records were broken today at the TOTV luncheon at Crispers. Every outside table was filled to capacity. The old timers at the luncheon tell me that there were tons of new faces and lots of familiar ones too.
The video was great. I shot over an hour of video tape, and now my work begins boiling it down to a few minutes.
I had a really great time with a smile on my face most of it.
It give me such a warm feeling to know that what we started a little over two years ago has turned into such a powerful force in The Villages. The primary force of power, is the friendships that have developed as a result. Thank you all for being such wonderful people and for allowing us to share the experience with you through Talk of The Villages. You'll never know how thrilling it is to see such nice people exchanging such marvelous conversation with no malice toward anybody. That's what TOTV is all about.
