I have to agree with many of the folks in the previous posts regarding 07 and Joe Gorman.

07, who is always the voice of reason, and well spoken.... is correct when she stated how refreshing it was to read a clear ,concise and informative statement from Joe Gorman. She was exactly right in her comment that it was not the usual negative response from the POA . I wish all communications from the POA were less negative. I would be more inclined to read them. There is no doubt in my mind that the POA is a valuable organization, but I find it difficult to negotiate through the negative.
