Maybe not enough people of color are attracted to that field of journalism in Chicago. There are underlying facts that don't get discussed. One side of the story only. To disqualify a white news reporter just because he is white is racist. Maybe there are more white news reporters than those of color in Chicago? Coming from Chicago I know she is much disliked but the alternative for mayor was worse.
