I didn't watch the video. I read the title of the video: Bad Laws Cause Homeless Crisis. The Ocala Forest is known for its homeless population, which is a crisis to anyone who lives in the general vicinity. It's also a crisis to the homeless, but - homelessness is ALWAYS a crisis if you're the one who's homeless.
